1. Shipping Rates & Options
- Shipping only available in Canada
- Standard shipping rates apply within Canada
- FREE shipping in Canada on avilliarose orders over $80 CAD

Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping rates are applied based on your order. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–9 business days
- Express Shipping: Typically takes 2–3 business days
2. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped
- During peak times, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Canada: Provincial sales tax (PST), goods and services tax (GST), or harmonized sales tax (HST) will be applied based on the order
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO boxes for certain express services, and some remote locations may experience longer shipping times
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur
- If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund
- Stolen products/boxes after shipment confirmed by carrier are not included
