Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are eligible for products returned within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
- Once return is approved and received, refund is provided on the original amount not including shipping costs
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Customer is responsible for the return shipment costs and provide proof of shipping
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Personal preferences (dislike of smell) are not eligible for a refund
- Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products
- Sale Items: only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are final sale unless defective or damaged
Return Process:
- Step 1: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info.avilliarose@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include: a. your order number, b. the reason for the return, and c. any supporting documentation, such as photographs of damaged items
- Step 2: Ship the item - Once your return is approved, send the item back to us. Return label address is on the shipping label. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or sent in error
- Step 3: Inspection & Refund - Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, this also includes incomplete or wrong addresses
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product
Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box and bags included)
- Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products
- Refunds will be processed after the receipt of the returned product

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within [up to 7–10 business days]. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, paypal or credit card company to process the refund
- Currency exchanges rates with your financial institutions are not included as part of the refund
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info.avilliarose@gmail.com
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, providing details and photographs
- We will, upon inspection, work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- Shipping charges are not refundable
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur
- If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund
Non-Refundable Items:
- Food products and non-avilliarose products are non-refundable and non-returnable, no exceptions
